Brian is a North Carolina native from Winston-Salem.  He loves the Old North State.  He also loves being a transaction attorney here in Raleigh and helping clients with all of their real estate, estate planning, and business law needs.  He started the Spence Law Firm in March of 2004 and has spent every working day since helping his clients get their deals done and done well.  In the majority of his spare time, you can find him with his wife and kids.  Otherwise, he is off somewhere swimming, biking or running and otherwise trying to become an almost average triathlete.
